As any serious deer stalker will tell you, late July is prime time to be hunting the elegant and highly prized Roebuck.

To celebrate this high point in the summer calendar, the club is hosting a special, back-to-back stalk event, during the peak of the rut.

We have arranged one stalk session after lunch and another in the evening after coffee and Cuban Cigars.

To kick the afternoon off in style, members are invited to meet for a superb lunch at the award-winning Wellington Arms in Hampshire for a gastronomic treat in the garden. This is followed by a demonstration of some of the techniques involved in Roe calling.

Members will then be given their own ‘Buttalo call’ and an opportunity to put their skills to the test at calling and ‘grassing’ a Roebuck.

After the late afternoon session, it’s back to the Wellington Arms for Coffee and Cuban Cigars on the lawn, before the commencement of a second stalk outing.

All bucks just £250
