Known as Exmoor Giants, the Red deer of Exmoor are widely recognised as the largest deer in the UK.

In the Club’s second trip of the season to Exmoor and in a slightly amended format, just three lucky rifles are invited to hunt lowland Red deer in the Exe Valley near Tiverton, Devon, where the stalking at this time of year is for both stag and hind.

Members are invited to arrive the night before (Friday), for dinner and a good nights sleep before getting out at around 7am on Saturday morning for the first of two stalks. After the first session we retire to the hotel for a freshen up and brunch, before recommencing activities at around 1.30pm for an afternoon stalk until last light.

For those wishing to travel by rail, Tiverton rail staion is less than two hours from London and just ten minutes from the hotel. Collection from the rail station is available upon request.

NB: Mature stags £650, Royal (12/13) £950, Imperial (14+) £1250. All cull animals (Hinds & Prickets) are just £125. Prices exclude VAT.
